The ENPOWER Playbook consists of definitions on key topics, a set of general guidelines to establish data-driven energy-secure Energy Communities, and a step-bystep guide with examples to assist Energy Communities in successfully integrating social engagement approaches and digital solutions. The Playbook also covers case studies from pilots in Ireland and Austria, with success stories and best practices. It also proposes a checklist for the replication of ENPOWER activities and framework, as well as a Glossary of Key Terms to determine a common linguistic framing to support the replication phase of the project.
