ENPOWER Policy Session

ENPOWER along with project partners from ICLEI and coordinator NTUA, organised a policy session at EURegionsWeek on the14th of October, in Brussels. The session was focused on how Digital Tools can actually make energy communities more inclusive and impactful.

A key takeaway from the discussion was that energy communities should be given a more active role in the grid system, with greater responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to system flexibility and resilience.

A big thank you to all the experts who joined our discussion at the ICLEI Europe Office! We’re now taking these lessons from our sister projects, FEDECOM-project and #SmartcoreNWE, to strengthen the ENPOWER replication roadmap.
